SRA v Kadurugamuwa [2017] EWHC 2245 (Admin) : SRA appeal dismissed by the Administrative Court

Robert Forman in our professional discipline team acted for the Respondent solicitor in this appeal heard before Lord Justice Simon and Mrs Justice McGowan in the Administrative Court yesterday, 11th July 2017. The SRA’s appeal against the order of the SDT was successfully resisted. The court dismissed the SRA’s appeal, and refused the regulator permission for a further appeal.
